THE LOCAL CHURCH CHALLENGES

• Most Christians want to go on mission trips in foreign lands
• Most people in local Church congregations DO NOT think to serve the needs of the closest Multi-Housing community
• There are NO current ADVOCATE to re-direct the interest of the people in Christian congregations to serve multi-housing communities
MULTI-HOUSING COMMUNITY CHALLENGES
• They want to retain their residents
• They want to provide a safe and secure community for their residents
• Residents can easily feel lonely if not connected with all of the people they live with
• Student Gang Involvement has threatened the safety and security of residents; the good residents leave the community while those who threaten the safety and security of others move-in
• Residents have a lack of commitment to the whole community
• Property Managers seek ways to connect with ALL of their residents
